Martial Artist Cake

Step 1

Bake and cool cake; trim off hands and hose. Ice sides, top and background area smooth. Outline head, body, shoes, uniform with tip 3. Outline eyes and mouth with tip 3. Pipe 4 to 5 stars for nose and cheeks with tip 16.

Step 2

Cover face, neck and uniform with tip 16 stars. Outline and pipe-in headband with tip 4 (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch).

Step 3

Pipe in black belt with tip 1B. Outline hands over belt with tip 3 and fill in with tip 16 stars. Add tip 3 pull-out hair.

Step 4

Pipe in shoes with tip 3 (smooth with finger dipped in corn starch). Add tip 21 star bottom border.
