Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare Margarita Cupcake batter: in large bowl, combine cake mix, Margarita mix, egg whites and vegetable oil using
electric mixer. Stir in lime zest; mix completely. Place silicone baking cups on cookie sheet. Fill cups 2/3 full.
Bake 22-24 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cupcake comes out clean. Cool completely.
Ice cooled cupcakes with icing.
Pour colored sugars into a bowl. Dip cupcake edges in colored sugar and roll to create salted glass effect.
Position candles.
