Margarita Cake

Instructions:

Step 1

Preheat oven 350°. Spray two 8-inch pans with vegetable pan spray or Cake Release.

Step 2


Follow package directions mixing cake only replace water with Margarita mix and add lime zest. Divide batter into the two pans.

Step 3

Bake according to directions. Cool on rack 10 minutes; remove from pans and continue to cool. Level cakes if necessary.

Step 4

Thin white icing to spreading consistency. Spread icing on bottom layer, top with remaining layer. Finish icing cake. Garnish with lime twists and a strawberry.
