instructions
Bake and cool cake. Trim off bottom of dress area, long hair and pantaloons.
Outline mouth, tuxedo and shoes with Tip 3.
Cover face, tuxedo, hands, shirt and shoes with
Tip 16 stars. Pipe in Tip 3 dot eyes and pupils. Pipe in Tip 6 lapels and bow tie.
Pipe Tip 16 string hair. On flower nail, make Tip 102 rose with Tip 6 base.
Position on lapel.
