Instructions:

Step 1

Mold collar: place third smallest blossom cutter on cookie sheet and fill 1/4 in. deep with melted candy; refrigerate until firm, unmold. Attach to cookie stick with melted candy.

Step 2

Mold collar: place third smallest blossom cutter on cookie sheet and fill 1/4 in. deep with melted candy; refrigerate until firm, unmold. Attach to cookie stick with melted candy.

Mold head: Tint portion of melted white candy black using candy color.

Step 4

Tint portion skin tone using small amounts of red and yellow candy colors. Fill melting plate cavity for head candy; refrigerate until firm, unmold. Attach head to collar with melted candy.

Step 5

Tint small portions of melted white candy black, orange, green, blue and red. Using candy in cut parchment bags, pipe outline on collar. Pipe dot and string facial features, hair and bow tie with melted candy, allowing each color detail to set before overpiping.

Step 6

Make hat: dip corn snack in melted candy; let set; pipe dots and outline brim, Attach hat to clown and candy-coated chocolate to hat with melted candy.
