Instructions:
Step 1
In advance, use royal icing and tip 97 to make 10 Aster Mauve and 10 Delphinium Blue roses with tip 10 bases. Let dry.
Step 2
Ice sides of cake smooth. Using tip 3, pipe-in eyes, nose and mouth (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Ice bodice of dress area smooth with spatula.
Step 3
Cover head and paws with tip 16 stars, add tip 3 string eyelashes.
Step 4
Cover dress with tip 1s cornelli lace. Use tip 127D to pipe ruffles on skirt.
Step 5
Pipe bottom ruffle first, add tip 1s cornelli lace, pipe top ruffle, add tip 1s cornelli lace.
Step 6
Pipe tip 104 band and bow on waist. Pipe tip 18 shell bottom border.
Step 7
Position flowers and add tip 352 leaves.
