Instructions:
Step 1
In advance: Make cookies. Roll out dough and cut cookies using heart cutter; bake and cool. Cover cookies with thinned color flow; let set overnight.
Step 2
Using full-strength color flow, pipe tip 2 swirls on tops and tip 3 dots on sides of cookies; let set.
