Instructions:

Step 2
Ice cookie smooth using a spatula and pink icing.
Step 3
Using white icing and tip 3, write message on cookie.
Step 4
Using white icing and tip 3, pipe scallops around edge of cookie.
Step 5
Attach red candy hearts to scallop-points, securing with dots of icing.
