Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare and roll out cookie dough
Use small circle cutter from cutter set to cut out cookies. Bake and cool.
Step 2
Roll out colored fondant from fondant kit.
Cut circle shapes using small circle cutter.
Attach to cookies with white icing.
Roll out thin logs of fondant and roll into spirals. Attach to cookies using water or dots of icing.
Step 3
Attach lollipop sticks to backs of cookies using icing.
