Ice one-layer hexagon cake smooth. With a toothpick, mark dreidel pattern on cake top. Cover marks with tip 4 strings. Ice 4 inch pretzel rod smooth and position on cake top.
Fill in Hebrew letters with tip 2, smooth with a dampened brush. Cover dreidel with tip 16 stars.
Print tip 4 message. Edge cake top with tip 16 shells and cake base with tip 18 shells.
