Easy to do Little Leaguer Cupcakes will be a hit when you use the home team’s colors. Cap brim is a circle of melted candy you make ahead, cut in half and attach on game day.

Instructions:

Step 1

Add blue candy color to melted white candy and pipe into bottom of muffin pan for hat brim (approximately 1/4 in. thick). Place in freezer until firm. Pop out of pan and cut in half.

Step 2

Ice top half of cupcake white; bottom half lt. copper. Insert hat brim into cake.

Step 3

With melted candy in cut disposable bag, pipe hair and facial features. Pipe lines on hat with melted candy.
