*Brand confectionery coating.
Add blue candy color to melted white candy and pipe into bottom of muffin pan for hat brim (approximately 1/4 in. thick). Place in freezer until firm. Pop out of pan and cut in half.
Ice top half of cupcake white; bottom half lt. copper. Insert hat brim into cake.
With melted candy in cut disposable bag, pipe hair and facial features. Pipe lines on hat with melted candy.
