Layered Yogurt Dessert
1 (20 ounce) pkg vanilla sandwich cookies
2 tablespoons butter or margarine melted
1 quart frozen strawberry yogurt softened
1 quart frozen vanilla yogurt softened
1 cup spreadable strawberry preserves Warm in microwave 45 seconds on high power
2 bananas sliced on angle in 1/4-inch slices
Yogurt cake serves 10-12.
In a plastic bag, crush 8 sandwich cookies; mix with butter.
Press into bottom of 9" Springform Pan. Line edge with cookies.
Spoon on first layer of 2 cups strawberry yogurt, place bananas in circle on top of yogurt.
Top with vanilla yogurt and spread with preserves. Top with remaining strawberry yogurt.
Freeze several hours or preferably overnight. Garnish with fresh fruit.
