Instructions:
Step 1
In advance: Make cookies. Prepare 3 recipes cookie dough; roll out as needed. Use all cutters from set except largest; cut 1 small star and 3 of each remaining size.
Step 2
Bake and cool. Cover cookies with color flow icing using red for smallest star, green for the rest. Sprinkle red star with Cake Sparkles after it has set 15 minutes. Let all dry overnight on waxed paper-covered boards.
Step 3
Assemble tree on foil-wrapped 8 in. Cake Circle using full-strength color flow. Alternate position of points as you stack stars. Attach standing top star and confetti ornaments. Bake and cool cupcakes. Ice smooth with buttercream. Sprinkle with Sparkling Sugar; insert Fun Pix. Position cupcakes around tree.
