Ice cake top and sides smooth. With toothpick, mark Dancers Pattern. Cover marks with tip 4 strings. Figure pipe tip 1A and 12 dancers over string marks. Add tip 2 hair, facial features and fingers.
Print tip 4 message. Pipe tip 16 rope candles with pull-out star flames. Edge top and base with tip 21 rope borders.
