Instructions:
Step 1
In advance: Tint melted white candy using candy colors. Use painting or piping method to mold Baby Treats candies. Also: Make candy umbrella using Sports Ball Pan and dividing into 16 sections. Tie on ribbon.
Step 2
Spatula ice cupcakes. At shower, position candies on cupcakes and cupcakes on stand. Position umbrella in top cupcake.
