Instructions:
Step 1
Combine Leaf Green and Lemon Yellow for green shown. Cut lollipop stick to 3 in. length and dip into melted candy; insert inside triangle-shaped corn snack for support and refrigerate until set. Remove from refrigerator and dip entire corn snack into candy and insert into craft block to dry.
Step 2
Bake and cool cupcake. Pipe tip 12 pumpkin segment lines on cupcake in orange buttercream. Pipe tip 5 yellow dot eyes and tip 5 green pupils (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Outline and pipe in tip 5 nose and mouth in yellow buttercream.
Step 3
Insert stick with candy-coated corn snack into top of cupcake. Pipe tip 104 ruffle brim on hat in brown buttercream. Pipe tip 3 green band in green and tip 3 buckle in yellow buttercream.
