Instructions:
Step 1
Color egg blue; let dry.
Step 2
Tint 1 1/2 in. ball of fondant leaf green and a 3/4 in. ball of fondant light leaf green for each egg.
Step 3
Tint 1/2 in. ball of fondant yellow for each egg. Roll out 1/16 in. thick, and cut chick and wing using mini chick cutter. Trim wing as necessary and attach to egg with piping gel.
Step 4
Tint 1/8 in. ball of fondant black. Roll out 1/16 in. thick and cut out eye using small end of tip 5. Roll out white fondant 1/16 in. thick and cut out eye using small end of tip 3. Attach to chick with piping gel.
Step 5
Form an 1 in. base using green fondant to attach egg. Use remaining green fondant and light green and roll out 1/16 in. thick. Cut triangles, 1/4 in. wide, heights varying from 3/4 in. to 1 1/2 in. high and attach around base of egg using piping gel.
Step 6
Tint a 1/4 in. ball of fondant orange. Roll out 1/16 in. thick. Cut out beak and feet using beak of mini chick cutter. Attach with piping gel.
Step 7
Roll out 3/4 in. ball of white fondant 1/16 in. thick; use flower cutter from mini cutter set and cut two (you will use three halves). Cut in half to form clouds, cut scallops in straight edge. Attach with piping gel.
