Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool cake. Use tip 4 and white icing top pipe scrolls on top of cake. Use tip 8 and pink icing to outline and fill in hearts on top edge of cake.
Step 2
Use tip 4 and alternating pink/white icing to pipe dots on cake sides.
Step 3
Fill center of cake with raspberries.
