Our “pretty in pink and pearls” cake is perfect for every special occasion. Simply punch flower chains from Light Pink and Bright Pink Sugar Sheets to set a white-iced cake abloom.

Instructions:

Step 1

Bake and cool two-layer, 6 in. and 8 in., round cakes. Position on silver cake base. Prepare for stacked construction. Ice cakes smooth with buttercream.

Step 2

Using border punch with Flower Chain Cutting Insert, cut 14 flower chains from Light Pink Sugar Sheets! Store in the Sugar Sheets! package until ready to use.

Step 3

Using border punch with Flower Chain Cutting Insert, cut 28 flower chains from Bright Pink Sugar Sheets! Store in Sugar Sheets! package until ready to use.

Step 4

Attach bright pink flower chains around top and bottom border of each tier using piping gel. Attach light pink flower chains around center of each tier using piping gel. Trim as needed.

Step 5

Using tweezers and piping gel, attach sugar pearls to flowers.
