Ice Cream Treat Mini Cake

Kids won’t need to chase ice cream trucks ever again, if—as long as you keep the fridge stocked with candy-covered Mini Loaf Pan cakes stuffed with buttercream icing. A triple-play treat!


Difficulty: Somewhat Easy


Step 1

Fill each mini loaf cavity with only 1/2 cup of pound cake batter. Bake, cool and torte. Fill cakes with buttercream icing and freeze 30 to 60 minutes, until solid.

Step 2

Melt candy according to package directions. Place cake on large spatula and completely dip cakes into candy; transfer to waxed paper to set. Immediately insert craft stick.
