  • Orange Icing Color

  • Large Round Tip 2A

  • 3-Tier Cupcake Stand

  • 12 Inch Disposable Decorating Bag

  • Perfect Results Premium Non-Stick Bakeware Muffin and Cupcake Pan, 12-Cup

  1. Bake cupcakes. Make your favorite cupcakes recipe or the one suggested. Divide batter and pour into muffin cups prepared with paper liners. Bake according to recipe instructions and until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, then remove from oven, place on a cooling or wire rack and let them cool completely.
  2. Make & tint buttercream frosting. Use Wilton’s recipe to prepare a batch of buttercream frosting. When finished, add orange food color to tint a portion of the buttercream a candy corn colored orange.
  3. Decorate cupcakes. Prepare two piping or pastry bags with orange and white buttercream frostings. Use one bag outfitted with tip 2A and orange frosting to pipe two base layers of swirls on top of the cupcakes. Then, use another bag outfitted with another tip 2A to pipe white frosting on top of orange swirls to finish candy corn colored design. Place finished treats on dessert stand. Enjoy!
