Hooked on the Holidays! Cupcakes

Everyone will have jolly good fun with easy-to-decorate cupcakes in the season’s most festive shapes and colors.

To make hooks, trace pattern on waxed paper and pipe using tip 5 and royal icing tinted Red-Red/ Christmas Red combination or Kelly Green. Paint buttons and facial features in gingerbread boy mold with melted candy; refrigerate until firm.

Fill mold halfway with melted cocoa candy; refrigerate until firm and unmold.

Bake and cool cupcakes using silicone cups supported by cookie sheet. Ice smooth in white or green buttercream. Decorate cupcakes with tip 3 swirls or outlines in Red-Red/Christmas Red. Cut marshmallows to 1/2 in. high. Poke hole with knife and insert hook. Attach to cupcake with buttercream.
