Step 1
Cut, bake and cool mitten cookies. Use tip 3 and full-strength green color flow icing to outline cookie. Use tip 3 and thinned down green color flow icing to fill in mitten; let completely dry. Use tip 2 and full-strength white color flow icing to pipe random dots on mitten. Use tip 3 and full-strength white color flow icing to pipe e-motion fur on cuff.
