Instructions:
Step 1
Ice cupcakes smooth.
Step 2
Roll out spice drops on waxed paper sprinkled with sugar.
Step 3
Cut 6 petals each using medium and small Leaf Cut-Outs for each cupcake.
Step 4
Position petals.
Step 5
Pipe a tip 6 ball for flower center; position nonpareils.
