- Your favorite 2-layer cake mix

Use our candy ideas to decorate the tree, or add your own personal touch. Just bake and cool your favorite 2-layer cake recipe. Make one recipe buttercream icing, or use canned icing. Tint icing green and cover tree. Use the following for decorating: spice drops and pretzel sticks.
Helpful Hints:
*Cut spice drops in half to create new shapes and added detail
*Flatten spice drops in granulated sugar with a rolling pin and cut out for accents
*Try using your own candy for that personal touch
