Cut, bake and cool Santa hat cookies. Use spatula and white royal icing to ice cookie smooth. Immediately cover top area of hat (excluding pompom) with Rainbow Nonpareils Sprinkle Decorations; let set. Use tip 3 and white royal icing to pipe random zigzags on pompom and hat brim.
