1 gingerbread house.
Divide prepared decorating icing in half, use half for decorating the house now, the other half for adding "snow" around house later (keep covered with a damp cloth).
Fill decorating bag with 1/2 cup icing.
Outline door and fill in with zigzags (pat smooth with fingertip dipped in cornstarch). Roll out mini spice drop and attach as window on door. Cut a small piece of mini spice drop and attach for door handle. Attach mini fruit flavored candy to sides of door. For awning over door, attach two pinwheel mints. Roll out mini spice drops and attach to tops of pinwheel mints; attach whole mini spice drops on top of rolled out mini spice drops.
Outline windows. Outline candles in windows and cut yellow mini spice drop flames; attach flames to candles. Decorate icing on windowsills. Attach mini spice drops to sides of windows and mini fruit flavored candies on window tops. For window on front of house, cut spearmint leaves into small pieces, roll in granulated sugar and attach to form evergreen tree.
Ice roof smooth. Decorate roof with lattice. Attach mini fruit flavored candy in horizontal lines on roof. Attach pinwheel mints on peak of roof.
Decorate icicles on eaves.
Ice snow on base fluffy. Cut spearmint leaves into smaller leaf shapes, roll in granulated sugar and attach at base of house. Cut mini spice drips in half horizontally and attach around walkway.
