This dapper little guy will be as much fun to make as he will be to serve. Just fill in sections with and Color Flow Icing and add sparkle with colored sugars.

Step 1
Prepare cookie dough. Press into pan cavities. Bake and cool cookies following recipe directions.
Step 2
Use thinned green icing in a cut parchment bag to fill in vest; sprinkle immediately with green sugar. Let set.
Step 3
Use thinned red icing in a cut parchment bag to fill in feet; sprinkle immediately with red sugar. Let set.
Step 4
Use thinned copper icing in a cut parchment bag to pipe in face and hands; let set.
Step 5
Use full-strength yellow icing in parchment bag fitted with tip 2 to pipe outline hair.
Step 6
Use full-strength black icing in parchment bag fitted with tip 2 to pipe outline mouth and dot eyes.
*Combine Lemon Yellow with Golden Yellow for yellow shown.
