101 Cookie Cutter …
Hero Sandwich
Bake and shape the bread for your Hero Sandwich using a Wilton cake pan! Pennant, Football and Star shapes would all work for Game day. Fill with your favorite fixings and serve.
Ingredients:
- 1 Favorite hot roll mix
- Lunchmeat
- Tomatoes
- cherry tomatoes
- cheese loaf
- American cheese slices
- chives
- lettuce
Makes:
Sandwich serves 8-10.

Instructions:
Step 1
Bake hot roll mix in greased pennant pan. Remove, cool and slice horizontally.
Step 2
Assemble sandwich with lunchmeat, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese slices.
Step 3
Cut cheese letters with cookie cutters and cheese loaf pennant stick with knife. Position on sandwich.
Step 4
Add chive stripes and cherry tomato on top of pennant stick with toothpick.
Step 5
Position sandwich on fanci-foil wrapped cake board.
