Here Comes a Green Monster Cookie!
A Halloween party is not complete until the monsters arrive! Our green guy cookie is decorated using smooth-drying Color Flow Icing, so it looks as good as it tastes.
Ingredients:

Instructions:
Step 1
Roll out dough. Cut, bake and cool cookies using cutter from set.
Step 2
Prepare color flow icing; tint a portion green. Tint a small portion black. Reserve a small portion white.
Step 3
Outline cookie using tip 2 with full-strength color flow icing in green. Flow in using a cut parchment bag and thinned color flow icing; let set.
Step 4
Pipe tip 2 eye using full-strength color flow icing in white; pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Pipe tip 2 dot black eyes and pipe black mouth using full-strength color flow icing. Pipe tip 1 white tooth.
