Heaven Sent cupcakes are topped by a mini angel cookie you’ve baked and decorated ahead of time using royal icing. When party time rolls around, it’s quick and easy to ice and finish decorating your cupcakes!

Instructions:
Step 1
In advance, make angel. Roll out white fondant 1/8 in. thick; use cutter from set to cut angel.
Step 2
Using royal icing, pipe tip 3 dress and sleeves. Pipe tip 2 dot hands.
Step 3
Pipe tip 5 face (smooth with finger dipped in corn starch); add tip 2 hair, tip 1 dot eyes and outline mouth. Add tip 2 string halo.
Step 4
Bake and cool cupcake. Ice smooth with light blue buttercream. Pipe tip 10 ball clouds in buttercream.
