Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool cookies.
Step 2
Tint buttercream icing two shades of pink and red. Reserve some white.
Step 3
Use tip 3 to fill in outline and fill in letters, outline hearts following the indentations in cookies.
Step 4
Pipe scallops with tip 2.
