Bake and cool pops in silicone mold supported by cookie sheet; fill cavities 2/3 full and insert sticks before baking. Let cool. Cover cookies with white melted candy. Chill until firm. Outline hearts with melted red candy in cut parchment bag; sprinkle with red sugar. Chill until firm.
