Instructions:
Step 1
Bake cupcakes in Valentine Themed Standard Baking Cups and cool completely on Cooling Grid.
Step 2
Prepare Buttercream Icing recipe. Pipe white buttercream icing swirl on each cupcake with Open Star Decorating Tip 1M.
Step 3
Sprinkle cupcakes with pink colored sugar.
Step 4
Insert picks in cupcakes.
