Instructions:
Step 1
In advance, mold solid candy hearts, filling mold 1/2 full.
Step 2
Pipe dot and outline facial features using melted candy in cut parchment bag.
Step 3
Decorate cupcakes with tip 127 ruffled petals, holding bag at a 45° angle.
Step 4
Position candy heart.
