Bake and cool brownies in oblong pan; remove from pan. Cut hearts using Comfort Grip cutter. Ice brownies smooth with Fudge Icing. Position 2nd smallest heart cutter from nesting set at center of brownie. Dust inside cutter with Dusting Sugar; remove cutter. Position confetti from Sprinkles assortment around edge of brownie.
