Rudy is all dressed up and ready for his annual fun. Leading that all-important sleigh. Made from the guitar pan, oval cut-out cookie ears and candy antlers. A look that is sure to highlight your holiday dessert table.

Instructions:

Step 1

In advance: Make cookies. Prepare and roll out dough. Cut 3 antler cookies using pattern and knife; reverse pattern and cut 3 more. For ears, cut 4 oval using largest Cut-Out. Trim off 1/4 in. from one narrow end of each oval. Bake and cool cookies.

Step 2

Bake and cool guitar cake; cut off neck. Stack and ice together 3 cookies for each antlers; stack and ice together 2 oval cookies for each ear. Ice top and sides of antlers smooth. Combine melted white and cocoa candy; tint with orange candy color to match icing color. Cover antlers with melted candy; chill until firm. Position ears against cake, attaching with icing. Ice inside of ears smooth. Using tip 12, pipe in nose and add dot eyes. Pipe tip 4 string mouth and string highlight on nose. Cover head and ears with tip 18 stars. Position antlers against cake. Pipe tip 2A balls on top of head.
