instructions
Make hearts using candy shell method. Refrigerate until firm.
Fill shell with truffle mixture
Pour melted candy on top of filled molds to seal. Refrigerate until firm.
Keep in refrigerator; remove one at a time to decorate.
Pipe scrollwork with melted candy in cut parchment bag.
Return immediately to refrigerator until ready to serve.
