Your sweet tooth should have you Heading for Truffles. Deep Heart Truffle Mold lets you mold a candy shell that leaves plenty of room for a creamy truffle filling in the center.

Instructions:

Step 1

Make hearts using candy shell method. Refrigerate until firm.

Step 2

Fill shell with truffle mixture

Step 3

Pour melted candy on top of filled molds to seal. Refrigerate until firm.

Step 4

Keep in refrigerator; remove one at a time to decorate.

Step 5

Pipe scrollwork with melted candy in cut parchment bag.

Step 6

Return immediately to refrigerator until ready to serve.
