Roll out cookie dough and use tombstone cutter from Halloween mini cutter set to cut 13 cookies. Bake and cool. Tint buttercream icing gray with a small amount of black icing color. Ice tombstone cookies smooth with gray buttercream icing. Use tip 2 and black icing to print “RIP”message.
Bake and cool 25 cupcakes in Boo Scary baking cups included with the cup and pick combination set.
Use tip 233 and combination leaf green and lemon yellow icing to pipe pull-out grass on all cupcakes. Sprinkle 13 cupcakes with Halloween pumpkin mix from sprinkle assortment and insert tombstone cookies and ghost picks.
On remaining 12 cupcakes, sprinkle with Halloween nonpareils from sprinkle assortment. Insert 3 pretzel sticks approximately 1/4 " to 1/2 " apart. Attach two pretzel sticks horizontally with tip 4 dots of icing to form fence. Insert pumpkin picks.
Position cupcakes with ghosts picks on stand. Place remaining cupcakes with pumpkin sticks around base.
