Harvest Turkey Cookie

Step 1

Prepare Roll-Out Cookie and Royal Icing recipes.  Prepare Color Flow Icing Mix according to package directions. Cut out and bake turkey cookies. Cool. Tint Color Flow Icing brown. Divide royal icing and tint orange, brown, yellow, red and small amount black. Using tip 3 and full-strength color flow icing, outline turkey's body. Thin icing with a small amount of water, and fill in body. Let set overnight. Using tip 3 and yellow royal icing, pipe in beak and feet. Using tip 3 and red royal icing, pipe waddle. Using tip 349 and orange/yellow royal icings, pipe pull-out feathers. Using tip 349 and brown royal icing, pipe wings. Using tip 3 and black royal icing, pipe eye.
