Please road warriors of all ages with a truckload of cheery iced-cookie presents. Personalize a Dump Truck Pan cake by using piped icing to create a familiar-face driver and to add colorful details.

Instructions:

Step 1

1-2 days in advance: Make cookies. Prepare and roll out dough. Cut 2 medium and 4 large squares using cutters from set. Trim 1/2 in. off one large square to make rectangle. Cut out number using cutter from set. Bake and cool cookies.

Step 2

Using full-strength color flow, outline cookies with tip 3; flow in with thinned color flow. Let dry overnight on waxed paper-covered boards.

Step 3

Decorate with full-strength color flow. Pipe tip 3 or tip 5 ribbons; pat smooth with fingertip dipped in cornstarch. Use tip 5 to pipe beads for bow loops and dot for center knot. Let dry. Attach Lollipop Sticks to backs using melted candy; allow stick to extend at bottom to insert into cake

Step 4

Bake and cool cake. Decorate truck using Buttercream. Ice cake sides, truck cab and background areas smooth. Outline features using tip 3. Use tip 8 to fill in smooth areas on truck; pat smooth with fingertip. Use tip 3 to fill in headlight, fender, running board, wheel hubs, bumper, smokestack and connecting shaft. Pipe tip 8 tires; smooth with fingertip. Pipe tip 5 dot lugnuts and axle (flatten with fingertip). Cover truck with tip 18 stars. Pipe tip 2A head; pipe tip 3 pull-out hair, tip 2 dot nose, tip 1 dot eyes and outline mouth. Pipe tip 21 shell bottom border. Attach confetti to cake sides and number cookie. Insert cookies. Curl 12 in. lengths of ribbon and attach.
