Instructions:
Step 1
Make Engineer Pattern out of color flow.
Step 2
Outline wheels, boiler and smokestack with tip 6 strings. Outline remaining train features with tip 2 strings. Cover cab, grill, #9, smokestack and cow catcher with tip 16 stars. Fill in wheels and boiler with stars. Add tip 12 wheels and hubcaps.
Step 3
Cover rest of train with tip 16 stars. Figure pipe tip 12 cow side rod from cow catcher across wheels. Add tip 16 puffs to smokestack and wheels. Attach color flow engineer and message.
