instructions
Ice "flower" area of cake and sides smooth (build up icing to create straight sides).
Pipe tip 21 elongated shell hair, mustache, eyebrows, and beard.
Pipe tip 10 dot eyes and nose, string mouth (pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch).
Cover hat with tip 21 stars in alternating red and white rows.
Pipe tip 21 zigzag brim, then overpipe for dimension.
