Hanukkah Mini Cheesecakes
Ingredients:
- Easy-Add Hanukkah Icing Decoration Add to shopping list Hanukkah Icing Decoration
- Easy-Add Blue Colored Sugars Add to shopping list Blue Colored Sugars
- Easy-Add Yellow Colored Sugars Add to shopping list Yellow Colored Sugars
- 12 Vanilla wafer cookies
- 2 pacakges cream cheese , softened (8 oz. packages)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- Easy-Add pure vanilla extract Add to shopping list pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup Mini colored baking chips
Makes:
12 mini cheesecakes.
Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line Standard Muffin Pan with Hanukkah baking cup liners.
Step 2
Place one vanilla wafer in each liner.
Step 3
Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs and mix well.
Step 4
Stir in mini baking chips. Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full. Bake for 25 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from pan when cool. Refrigerate. Before serving, top Sprinkles and Hanukkah Icing Decorations.
Step 6
For an alternate flavor: 1/2 cup semisweet mini baking chips and substitute 1/2 teaspoon Wilton's Raspberry Flavoring for Pure Vanilla.
