Step 1
Bake and cool cupcakes. For pumpkin cupcakes, pipe tip 16 pull-out star grass. Insert picks. For owl cupcakes, spatula ice tops. Use brown fondant to roll logs for branches, about 1/4 in. diameter, tapering toward tips.
Step 2
Attach pieces with damp brush. Position on cupcakes. Insert picks.
