Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool cupcakes in Snappy Stripes Standard Baking Cups and cool completely on Cooling Grid. Prepare Buttercream Icing recipe.
Step 2
Using white buttercream icing, pipe tip 1M swirl on cupcake top. Spray top of cupcake with Yellow Color Mist™ Food Color Spray.
Step 3
Sprinkle cupcakes with confetti sprinkles from Flowerful Medley Sprinkle Decorations Set. Insert Add-A-Message Fun Pix. Glue desired photo on cardstock cut in circular shape.
