Prepare Buttercream Icing recipe.
Using white buttercream icing, pipe tip 1M swirl on cupcake top. Spray top of cupcake with Yellow Color Mist™ Food Color Spray.
Sprinkle cupcakes with confetti sprinkles from Flowerful Medley Sprinkle Decorations Set.
Insert Add-A-Message Fun Pix. Glue desired photo on cardstock cut in circular shape.
