Ice cupcakes smooth. Pipe tip 16 stars for helmet, overpipe to build up
area.
Pipe tip 1 string eyes and mouth, add tip 5 dot nose. Pipe tip 3 face mask.
Position icing decoration and pipe tip 5 bead fingers.
*For small amounts of color, you may substitute Wilton Tube Decorating Icing and
Coupler Ring Set.
