Instructions:
Step 1
Ice cupcakes smooth. Pipe tip 16 stars for helmet, overpipe to build up area.
Step 2
Pipe tip 1 string eyes and mouth, add tip 5 dot nose. Pipe tip 3 face mask.
Step 3
Position icing decoration and pipe tip 5 bead fingers.
