Bake and cool cupcakes. Spatula ice smooth with buttercream.
For each cupcake, use punch with layered Circles Cutter Inserts to cut one large and one small circle out of Dark Green Sugar Sheets! Using scissors, trim 1/4 off bottom edge of large circle to create ladybug shape. Brush back of large circle with piping gel and attach to top of cupcake. Attach small circle for head to bottom edge of large circle with piping gel.
Using narrow end of tip 10 and White Sugar Sheets!, cut out 2 eyes. Color black pupils using Foodwriter marker. Attach to head. For mouth, using scissors, cut 1/2 in. long shape out of Red Sugar Sheets! Attach with piping gel. Using narrow end of tip 12 and Light Green Sugar Sheets!, cut out spots. Attach to body using piping gel, trimming edges as necessary.
