Prepare cookie dough. Roll out dough and cut cookies using Ghost Cutter. Bake cookies and cool completely on cooling grid. Using spatula, ice cookie smooth in green buttercream. Position mini round candy eyes, licorice mouth and eyebrows, candy corn fangs.
