- Mixer and bowl
- Scissors
- Waxed paper

Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare icing following instructions.
Step 2
Place one vanilla cookie face down and ice top with white icing as thick as stick.
Step 3
Position stick.
Step 4
Position second vanilla cookie on top.
Step 5
Ice cookie smooth with green icing.
Step 6
Decorate zigzag hair, mouth and eyebrows with black icing
Step 7
Decorate dot nose and cheeks.
Step 8
Attach eyeball icing decorations for eyes with dots of white icing.
